Matthew Hall
Matthew grew up in Omaha with a love for plants. When he relocated to the coastal range of Oregon, he discovered organic farming down the road. At Horton Road Organics he perfected preparation of veggies and market asthetics. He has become an artist with vegetables and has a great love for farmer's markets.

My mother always loved to garden, but it took me a while to discover my calling. I had to travel to West Africa in fact. In the Peace Corps I recognized the value of sustainable farming practices and the community this practice creates. A tomato tastes so much more vibrant when it has been grown without chemicals and with the great love and care it deserves. The community that exists around growing food is one that should be as nourished as our crops.
